Returning your product? Gens Labels wants you to be happy with your recent new purchase. If you’re dissatisfied with your products, we’re here to help.

Gens Labels was founded on the core value of embracing people and life. Every product is handmade with the finest materials and utmost care and attention for each tells a special story of your life that you can keep forever.

We pay close attention to all the details and carefully inspect each book to ensure its superior craftsmanship and quality. However, despite our best efforts, and in the rare occurrence we may have overlooked a defect, please let us know. Send an email to [email protected] with: - Photos of the defect taken from several angles. - Include your full name, order number and a description of the defect. 

In the event that you need to contact us regarding a defect, please contact our Customer Support team with the necessary details WITHIN 30 DAYS of receiving your order. If the defect is due to production errors or damaged during shipping, we will have a replacement order made. Gens Labels will not be held responsible for  defect reports later than the given duration.

IMPORTANT: Please understand that Gens Labels cannot provide refunds. If the product is a defect, we will have the product fixed or replaced. Gens Labels is not responsible for any consumer-generated mistakes, errors or defects that include but not exclusive to spelling, typographical or grammatical errors, dark images, poor image quality from low resolution images, order quantity or other ordering errors. Please be sure to preview your products carefully before placing your order. 


Shipping & Delivery

Gens Labels is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost.


How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units? 

The shipping charge is specified separately for every product. For multiple products ordered, the programme adds up the total of all individual shipping charges. Thus, a customer who orders three products is charged the total of all individual delivery charges associated with each product. Thus the delivery fee is calculated separately when a customer orders different products. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices, if applicable in your region. There will be an Extra charges for shipment. 


How long does it take for an order to arrive? 

Orders are dispatched within 5 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 7 to 8 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. 


What if I the product is received in damaged condition? 

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at [email protected] mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
